Ally Bernstein is Vice President of Bernstein Strategy Group, a full service government relations firm dedicated to advancing education policy. She is the Executive Director of the Title IV-A Coalition a diverse group of organizations advocating for full funding and the successful implementation of the program. Over the last several years, Ally has met with over 150 Congressional offices, developed strong relationships with staff members, and advocated for full funding of the program. Due to her direct lobbying efforts, alongside the Coalition, the Title IV-A program saw an increase from $400 million in FY 2017 to $1.1 billion in FY 2018, $.17 billion in FY19, and now $1.21 in FY20. In addition to her role with the Title IV-A Coalition, Ally is responsible for organizing lobby days, grassroots advocacy, and direct lobbying efforts for a myriad of clients on k-12, higher education, and school infrastructure issues. Lastly, she is a graduate from the Institute for Educational Leadership 2016-2017 DC Education Policy fellowship program, received her B.A. from Florida State University and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in New York.
