Breanne Bushu


Breanne Bushu serves as Achieve60AZ’s Director, Policy and Communications, leading strategic policy and communications efforts for the organization. She brings with her a wide range of P-20 education experiences in public policy research, strategic planning, and systems design – including serving as a Development Manager & Policy Advisor at the Center for the Future of Arizona and as a Fiscal Analyst for the Joint Legislative Budget Committee at the Arizona State Legislature. Breanne begin her career in education as a middle school mathematics teacher in St. Louis, Missouri, for Teach For America. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy from The University of Arizona, where she earned her Masters in Educational Leadership and Bachelors in Studio Art. She is also a 2016 Flinn-Brown Fellow.
