Catherine Land Evilsizor is the ADE Deputy Associate Superintendent, Director of the 21st CCLC/Title IV-B Program in Arizona. She has been involved with many federal programs, but 21st CCLC is by far her favorite. She has been with ADE’s 21st CCLC team since 2008.??
