Danell Lynn, M.Ed., is the FIEP trainer for the entire state of Arizona working under Highly Effective Schools - Dispute Resolution. She trains on the Facilitated IEP process while utilizing practical skills to support educators in running and participating in effective IEP meetings. She has been in the field of Special Education for over 15 years with over 11 in the classroom, as a Special Education Director, and working with the Arizona Department of Education. She has her Masters in Special Education and a Masters of International Education Leadership. She is on the Superintendents committee for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and is passionate about accessibility of education for students.
