Eileana Gudi�o
Eileana has spent the last seven years working at Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW), where she works to ensure children and youth succeed in Maricopa County. In her current role, as Community Development and Engagement Director, she oversees the funding allocations that are distributed to the community for the department along with some key initiatives in education. Prior to joining VSUW, Eileana worked in the early childhood field where her main focus was to increase the quality of early education and empower families to become their children’s first teacher. A Hispanic Leadership Institute graduate, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family and Human Development and a Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University.
