Lori Goslar


Lori Goslar has proudly dedicated 30 years to education as a teacher, coach,
recruiter, leadership mentor and administrator. She is a native of Iowa and
holds a bachelor's degree from Wayne State College and a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Northern Arizona University. She is principal of Michael Anderson School in the Avondale Elementary School District. Her extensive background in working with students, staff, and families and her focus on high percentage Title One schools provides multiple opportunities for student growth and achievement. With the school motto of “Dream Big! Work Hard!, her school is a special place filled with students and staff that have a common purpose and love for students and their growth.

Her school was a 2021 Founder’s Award finalist with the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching and she is a proud recipient of the 2021 Exemplary Principals recognition in May 2021. It is truly a privilege to enter our 3rd year as a 21st CCLC school. Lori enjoys spending time with family, hiking, sailing and traveling.??
