Sue Edman is Director of Educator and School Excellence at the Arizona Department of Education for the past three years. She has been supporting the ombudsman role for the past three years, working to implement additional support systems for private schools who work with districts across Arizona. Prior to her work with the Arizona Department of Education, she was a classroom teacher, elementary principal, and Federal Programs Director. Mrs. Edman earned degrees from The Ohio State University in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership at the University of Phoenix. She looks forward to continuing her support of children’s education.
